My name is Kenya, and no, I’m not from Kenya. I have been been in the fitness industry since 2016, my ultimate goal is to help color in the grey area between pain, surgeries, physical therapy, and the fitness industry. Too often I feel like people are not given all of their options to get out of pain, and the simplest solution such as proper movement and proper exercise selection can help fix their pain issues.
The human body is the best machine, and I would love to show people how to maximize their efficiency and have fun doing it. I played soccer my whole life, through college at West Texas A&M University where I received my bachelors in sports and exercise science and that brought me so much joy, now basic working out and recreational soccer gives me that joy.

Proper pushups are the most underrated exercise. Your trunk and hips benefit significantly from the exercise. The bonus is your arms get nicely sculpted as well!
